Menopause occurs usually between 45 to 55 years of age for most women and is a result of cessation of ovarian follicular activity. In this talk, we will be looking at menopause and its symptoms and discuss about the long term consequences of menopause.

Most women have mild symptoms however, there are some women who are badly affected by menopause. We will look at evidence based options which are available today to help manage these symptoms.
